§ 3-8. Division of the Budget; Budget Director; appointment; term.

There shall be within the office of the County Executive a Division of the Budget under the direction of a Budget Director, who shall be appointed in the manner and for the term prescribed in Section 4.02 of the Charter and who may hold another position of employment. He shall be in the exempt class of civil service.
